Mill View (Bedroom 1)
A cosy, south facing double room with a view towards Davy Bank and sight of the beautiful gill opposite. There is a private, ensuite, with roomy shower and plenty of hot water. There is a blackout blind at the window to ensure a good nights rest.
Howgills View (Bedroom 2)
A slightly larger room, with kingsize bed. The east facing room welcomes the morning sun over towards the River Lune and the magnificent Howgills. There is a private, ensuite, with corner shower and plenty of hot water. There is a blackout blind at the window.
Our rooms include use of luxury toiletries from The Bath House, a local business.

All our cleaning products, from laundry soap to loo cleaner are environmentally friendly products and kind to our septic tank.
Our water comes from a spring on our land - it is filtered and UV treated so perfectly safe to drink. If you would prefer bottled water, please let us know.
Complimentary tea/coffee is provided. Help yourself from the kitchen.
